All Euphoria Lingerie orders are shipped from our studio.
We ship worldwide via DHL, EMS, FedEx or equivalent carriers.

Shipping costs are confirmed at the time of your order. All shipments include a tracking number sent by email. Packages are shipped in plain, discreet packaging — no external indication of contents.
Please note: customs duties and import taxes may apply in your country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every Euphoria piece is handmade to your individual measurements. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or sizing errors provided by the buyer.
We will provide a free replacement or full refund if:
✓ The item has a manufacturing defect
✓ The item does not match your agreed specifications
✓ Your order was not delivered within the stated timeframe
To start a return claim:
1. Email hello@euphorialingerie.com within 14 days of receipt
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
3. We'll respond within 3 business days
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
