1. About Us
Euphoria Lingerie is an independent handmade lingerie brand specialising in intimate apparel designed for transgender women.

2. Products
All Euphoria Lingerie items are handmade to order. Each piece is individually crafted to your specifications (style, size, colour). As a result, slight variations from product photos may occur — this is a natural characteristic of handmade goods, not a defect.
3. Ordering
Orders are accepted via our website enquiry form or Instagram DM (@euphoria.lingerie). An order is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us and payment is completed.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in EUR. We accept international bank transfers and other methods confirmed at the time of order. Full payment is required before production begins.
5. Production & Shipping
Production time: 14–21 calendar days after payment confirmation.
Estimated shipping times:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 14–21 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–28 business days
- Rest of world: 14–30 business days
We ship via international carriers (DHL, EMS, FedEx or equivalent). A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.
Please note: international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made to your individual measurements and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or sizing errors on the buyer's part.
We will provide a free replacement or full refund if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The item does not match the agreed specifications
- The item was not delivered within the stated timeframe
To submit a claim, email hello@euphorialingerie.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order details and photos of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of payment confirmation, before production begins.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, photography and content associated with Euphoria Lingerie are our exclusive property. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at euphorialingerie.com/terms.
